PCM
by THICK Clinical

PCM is THICK Clinical’s primary care membership for high-performance individuals who want a physician fluent in the demands, stressors, and tradeoffs of a high-output lifestyle. Care is centered on long-term health and medical judgment that supports sustained performance.

PCM Is Appropriate If You:
Require care that accounts for performance demands
Your health decisions must reflect training load, stress, recovery, travel, and real-world performance demands—not generic primary care assumptions.
Timely access to a physician matters
When issues arise, you want decisions made by a physician who already understands your context, without referral delays or reset conversations.
You want care consolidated under one physician
Primary care, hormones, recovery, weight management, and ongoing medical decisions are handled cohesively by one physician.

*Membership covers clinic services and oversight. Medications, therapies, and laboratory testing are billed separately based on clinical need. A clinical membership is required for all ongoing care and therapies at THICK Clinical.
